Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Embed with revenue teams to understand their workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
- Build AI agents, workflows, and integrations that reduce manual work and improve decision-making.
- Connect CRM, marketing, customer success, product, and finance systems into a trusted customer data foundation.
- Rapidly test new approaches with users, measure impact through pipeline, conversion, and time-saved metrics, and iterate on what works.
- Build documented, maintainable systems that can adapt as AI models and tools change.
- Share knowledge and help colleagues use AI more effectively.
Requirements
- Strong academic background in a quantitative or technical subject such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or economics, or equivalent evidence of exceptional ability.
- Clear evidence of building and shipping projects, tools, automations, side projects, startups, hackathon work, GitHub projects, or workplace systems.
- Hands-on experience building with AI, including LLM APIs, agents, or AI coding tools.
- Some coding ability in Python, JavaScript, or SQL and comfort working with APIs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, rapid learning ability, and the ability to explain technical thinking clearly.
- Commercial instincts, including understanding how pipeline is created and how to prioritize revenue impact.
- Comfort with ambiguity and strong ownership in a lean, fast-moving team.
- Customer-facing, sales, or consulting experience is preferred.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, Zapier, or Make is preferred.
- Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup is preferred.
