Base Salary
$135k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer deployments from problem definition through production, including designing, prototyping, building, and deploying AI agents and workflows.
- Embed in customer workflows and translate complex operational requirements into technical solutions.
- Connect agents to customer systems, APIs, and data while working through technical constraints with customer engineering and operations teams.
- Make design decisions across agent behavior, application logic, data, evaluations, security, and reliability.
- Debug production failures, evaluate and improve agent quality, and support deployments after launch.
- Turn field learnings into reusable agents, integrations, evaluations, and frameworks, and communicate recurring needs to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience building and owning production systems in a high-growth startup or similarly demanding environment.
- Strong experience with APIs, integrations, authentication systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Proven ability to debug complex systems in production.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with incomplete documentation and evolving requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with customers is preferred.
