Base Salary
$120k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning and LLM-powered systems using modern GenAI architectures.
- Transform data science prototypes into production-ready ML models.
- Construct optimized data pipelines for ML and LLM systems.
- Implement and monitor model and data quality checks.
- Manage the full model lifecycle, including retraining and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI/ML solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for ML and GenAI systems.
- Establish best practices across MLOps and AI system governance.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Databricks, AWS services, Python, and Spark.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as XGBoost, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with MLOps and/or LLMOps tooling and CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
