Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions in specialized ML areas while leveraging ML infrastructure.
- Architect and maintain custom multi-agent orchestration systems for automating chip design tools and narrowing architectural search spaces.
- Collaborate with research engineers to bring advanced ML models and technologies to chip design.
- Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, optimize performance, build modular software packages, and improve efficiency across the AI learning stack.
- Drive project timelines, deliverables, and priorities; guide cross-functional teams; and participate in design reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- Five years of experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI Agents, or ML infrastructure.
- Three years of experience with speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another specialized ML field.
- Three years of end-to-end Machine Learning experience, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, or debugging.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: Five years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: Five years of experience with AI/ML Infrastructure, including GPUs, GKE, EKS, Kubernetes, or Kubeflow.
