Responsibilities
- Own the full algorithmic lifecycle of the multilingual DeeperDive GenAI product, from data analytics through offline and online evaluation.
- Design, build, and evaluate GenAI workflows involving Agentic RAG, tool calls, LLM-as-a-judge, RLHF, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Evaluate generative-content quality, reduce hallucinations, assess guardrails and tool or router calls, and improve retrieval with NER.
- Develop algorithmic solutions, traditional machine learning algorithms, and NLP models using large and diverse datasets.
- Improve personalized monetization, user-question, organic-recommendation, and personalized-ad experiences.
- Work with on-premises LLMs, external providers, and large-scale data and cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor others, share knowledge, and contribute to research papers, technical documentation, and conferences.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong Python, SQL, and Spark skills.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and evaluating GenAI workflows, including Agentic RAG, tool-call evaluation, LLM-as-a-judge, RLHF, and LLM fine-tuning.
- At least 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, and visualization.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing traditional machine learning algorithms and NLP models.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques and strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience with Java or Scala is preferred.
- Mentoring, public speaking, research-paper writing, technical documentation, and conference-sharing experience are preferred.
