Responsibilities
- Build APIs, abstractions, and workflows for self-service management of cloud and Kubernetes resources using Terraform and Pulumi.
- Create shared platform capabilities that infrastructure teams can use to extend and automate their domains.
- Design and build the Infra AI agents platform, including runtime, tooling, integrations, tool and API access, context, permissions, and deployment.
- Develop guardrails, evaluation, observability, and audit trails for safe automation against production systems.
- Gather user feedback, set the platform roadmap, drive adoption, and measure developer experience and time to production.
- Own architecture decisions and lead multi-team initiatives from design through rollout.
- Review designs, mentor engineers, and establish technical standards.
- Own observability, reliability, and incident response for the platform.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience as a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineer.
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping agentic systems or agent-based tooling, including tool use, context management, failure modes, guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
- Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling used by other teams.
- Strong software engineering skills in at least one of Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or similar tools, including building abstractions on top of them.
- Solid Kubernetes and AWS knowledge, including networking, IAM, security, and cost management.
- Experience with GitOps and CI/CD tools such as ArgoCD or GitHub Actions.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, owning architecture decisions, or mentoring engineers.
- A product mindset focused on users, feedback, adoption, and developer experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
- Comfort working with high autonomy and ambiguity.
