Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding and integration with existing dealer systems.
- Configure fee logic and build sandbox buyer portals for dealers.
- Address feature requests and feedback from dealers during product use.
- Develop payment infrastructure and ensure accurate fee modeling.
- Contribute to the creation of an in-store transaction layer for vehicle sales.
- Own the technical client relationship from integration through ongoing development.
Requirements
- Strong background in computer science or a technical STEM field.
- Experience in owning outcomes rather than just closing tickets.
- Comfortable with client conversations as a source of valuable insights.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to work long hours when the work is meaningful.
