Responsibilities
- Transform high-level product ideas into concrete technical plans by engaging with stakeholders.
- Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across the full stack.
- Navigate and improve an existing codebase, managing tech debt effectively.
- Make technical and product tradeoff decisions and manage associated risks.
- Utilize AI tools daily to enhance development processes and create automations.
- Critically evaluate AI outputs and product requests to ensure quality.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with Java, Spring, REST APIs, SQL, TypeScript, and React.
- Proven track record of owning features or systems end-to-end.
- Experience with navigating and improving existing codebases.
- Advanced hands-on use of AI coding tools in daily workflows.
- Ability to make decisions under ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes.
- Backgrounds that succeed include technical founders, early engineers at startups, or senior engineers with active open-source work.
