Base Salary
$120k - $149k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain platform capabilities for engineering teams.
- Develop scalable and maintainable software primarily with C# and .NET Core.
- Build and automate platform infrastructure supporting reliable application delivery.
- Manage Kubernetes environments and automate deployments with Helm Charts.
- Apply GitOps practices to improve deployment consistency and reliability.
- Build and support distributed systems and microservice environments.
- Troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Partner with engineering teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, contribute to engineering best practices, and mentor engineers.
- Improve observability, performance testing, deployment strategies, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience, preferably with C# and .NET Core.
- Experience building and supporting distributed systems and microservice architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and modern application deployment practices.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed environments.
- Understanding of canary and blue-green deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with GitOps and infrastructure and application deployment automation.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with Datadog and the ELK Stack.
- End-to-end performance testing at scale is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
