Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end for abuse detection and enforcement capabilities.
- Extend abuse enforcement to new product surfaces.
- Build content and link abuse detection systems.
- Contribute to AUP automation and enforcement pipelines.
- Improve platform anti-abuse infrastructure.
- Help define and refine standards for integration with PAA's APIs.
- Collaborate closely with partner teams on various signals and enforcement patterns.
- Improve reliability and observability of anti-abuse services.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python or Go, with experience in backend or service-oriented systems.
- Comfort with detection, classification, or enforcement systems.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
- Strong debugging skills and understanding of data models and API design.
- Motivated by adversarial problem spaces and fraud detection.
