Base Salary
$152k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical voice for multiple clients.
- Define and direct technical strategies for large enterprise accounts in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
- Lead customers through evaluation, adoption, and strategic use of Databricks.
- Implement account technical strategies and align them with Databricks solutions.
- Build networks of technical champions within customer accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams and technical peers to drive customer business outcomes.
Requirements
- Successful pre-sales experience helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
- Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
- Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Ability to establish and lead virtual teams within enterprise accounts.
- Ability to build relationships with executives and influencers and present compelling points of view to decision-makers.
- Experience with data-driven business transformation and driving organizational change with data.
- Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or Azure certification is preferred.
