Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered workflows and analytics tools for People data.
- Architect solutions leveraging BigQuery and integrate various platforms.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks for AI systems.
- Define standards for prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Partner with People Analytics to ensure high-quality datasets.
- Build internal dashboards and automated workflows for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Design systems for secure handling of sensitive employee data.
- Establish governance standards for AI models and workflows.
- Implement monitoring frameworks for AI system accuracy and fairness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture.
- Document systems and governance frameworks for AI initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training materials for People teams adopting AI tools.
- Set technical direction for AI architecture within the People technology ecosystem.
- Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional architecture decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering or data engineering experience.
- 2+ years working with AI/ML systems or LLM-based workflows.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern APIs.
- Experience designing scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices and data governance.
- Ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
