Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI agents and multi-step workflows for support triage, sales support, onboarding, knowledge handling, reporting, and internal operations.
Integrate agents and automations with CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms, APIs, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, service platforms, and internal systems.
Automate and improve software and product delivery lifecycle activities including requirements drafting, backlog preparation, research, code and test generation, documentation, defect triage, release support, and post-release analysis.
Identify and redesign repetitive, rules-based, and data-intensive workflows in collaboration with business stakeholders and frontline teams.
Establish monitoring, evaluation, prompt and workflow controls, escalation paths, auditability, fallback handling, human review, and quality standards.
Test workflows with real users and operational scenarios, measure agent quality and business value, and continuously improve outcomes using usage data and feedback.
Support rollout and adoption by documenting new ways of working, training users, and contributing reusable prompts, components, patterns, and playbooks.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Sales, and Professional Services teams to prioritize and scale AI-enabled workflows.

Proven experience building products, tools, workflows, automations, startups, or side projects that went live and delivered measurable value.
Strong working knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning tools, large language models, and agent frameworks.
Experience building AI agents, workflow automations, or AI-powered internal tools.
Experience improving workflows across software or product delivery lifecycles using AI tools, agents, or automations.
Ability to quickly create functional prototypes and work across tools, processes, and teams.
Ability to define ambiguous problems, translate operational pain points into practical AI solutions, and work directly with business stakeholders.
Bias toward action combined with discipline around quality, evaluation, and operational safety.
Experience building service automation workflows, working in hospitality, retail, vertical SaaS, or B2B software, supporting multiple product lines or operational functions, or using analytics and operational performance measurement is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

Hybrid workplace arrangement in Beirut, Lebanon.
Full-time position.
