Responsibilities
- Design, train, evaluate, compare, document, deploy, and monitor forecasting, classification, and recommendation models.
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into chat, automation, personalization, retrieval, and agentic self-service workflows.
- Build, maintain, and debug data and feature pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, and data-quality checks across bronze, silver, gold, and platinum layers.
- Participate in demos, product launches, requirements discussions, troubleshooting calls, and customer or partner conversations.
- Translate model results and technical trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders and incorporate field feedback into product and engineering decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and help define architecture, patterns, and technical direction.
- Support production issues involving models, data, and client-facing incidents.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience building and shipping machine-learning or AI systems in production.
- Strong applied ML experience across training, fine-tuning, evaluation, data quality, feature engineering, and model-performance analysis.
- Strong Python and open-source ML ecosystem knowledge, solid SQL, and API design experience.
- Hands-on production experience with AI/LLM capabilities such as RAG pipelines, vector databases, or related infrastructure.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including cloud data pipelines, ETL, medallion architectures, and production model deployment and monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with clients, partners, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English, reliable delivery habits, and a flexible, collaborative, product-minded approach.
- An active GitHub profile or portfolio demonstrating hands-on personal or side projects.
- Preferred exposure to Java, Spring, Spring Boot, generative avatar or video rendering, speech-to-text or transcription, agent orchestration, Go, MLOps, Vue, React, and Node.js.
