Responsibilities
- Design and build Ranking features end to end, focusing on customer impact.
- Build and operate production-grade pipelines for relevance features.
- Ensure quality and soundness of data flows with a focus on testing and observability.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, ML specialists, and product partners.
- Use data to guide decisions and define success metrics.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices.
Requirements
- Experience designing and operating production pipelines.
- Confidence working with large datasets and high-traffic systems.
- Experience building and maintaining API services.
- Strong engineering fundamentals including high code quality and automated testing.
- Experience with a major cloud provider and debugging production issues.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
