Responsibilities
- Establish best practices and share expertise through collaboration and mentorship.
- Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms for production.
- Develop and maintain advanced LLM-powered systems and multi-agent architectures.
- Implement continuous monitoring and automated retraining for model accuracy and stability.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for data preprocessing and model training.
- Stay updated on the latest machine learning techniques and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ML Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record as a technical lead in collaborative environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Polars, Pandas, and SQL.
- Extensive experience in traditional machine learning tasks including feature engineering and model evaluation.
- Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems and large language models.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
