Responsibilities
- Deliver complex SAP projects for clients in the insurance domain.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide SAP transformation programs and SAP for Insurance implementation phases.
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and develop client-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with international project teams, consultants, developers, industry experts, and client stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for the quality of delivered work.
- Organize and lead internal or external workshops.
- Build knowledge of SAP’s newest and future solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or business informatics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn an SAP module from the SAP for Insurance suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and strong client relationship skills.
- Strong time management, analytical, structured, and problem-solving abilities.
- Rapid understanding and a team-oriented approach.
- Experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Preferred qualifications include insurance industry experience, SAP insurance module experience or certification such as FS-PM or FS-CM, S/4 HANA transformation knowledge, initial SAP for Insurance architecture experience, and BTP knowledge such as Integration Suite.
