Backend Software Engineer (Agents Channel)

Base Salary
$163k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own Agents Channel domain features from inception through design, coding, testing, and production
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and front-end engineering teams to iterate rapidly and solve product challenges
- Write clean, testable backend code and deliver features with high quality and test coverage
- Use AI- and LLM-powered tools to improve developer productivity and experimentation
Requirements
- At least 6 years of backend development experience
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with Java, Kotlin, or similar languages such as Python or .NET
- Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and best practices
- Hands-on development experience in highly distributed, cloud-based environments is advantageous
- Experience with relational databases and strong SQL skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively across diverse domains and contexts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
