Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of personalization and experimentation programs.
- Design audience and segmentation strategies based on data.
- Define measurement approaches connecting user behavior to business outcomes.
- Architect and implement personalization solutions using Contentful Personalization.
- Lead hands-on implementation activities, including building proof-of-concepts.
- Integrate personalization solutions with enterprise platforms.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to assess customer readiness.
- Enable customer teams through workshops and documentation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address implementation challenges.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in designing and operating personalization programs.
- Strong understanding of personalization challenges and data privacy.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web technologies.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and API integrations.
- Experience in customer-facing technical engagements in a consulting context.
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation.
