Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical delivery of Hebbia deployments end-to-end.
- Scope and execute integration projects, including identity/auth setup and data connectivity.
- Design and build customer-specific AI workflows and templates.
- Lead prompt engineering and process engineering to optimize AI outputs.
- Architect AI solutions that connect Hebbia's capabilities to customer environments.
- Partner with AI Strategist to translate business requirements into technical systems.
- Surface patterns and product feedback to Engineering and Product teams.
- Build repeatable playbooks and document best practices.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical implementation or solutions engineering role.
- Experience building and deploying LLM-powered workflows.
- Proficient in REST APIs and authentication patterns like SSO/SAML/OAuth.
- Strong command of structured data and modern software stacks.
- Ability to produce production-quality solutions from loosely defined problems.
- Clear communicator capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High ownership orientation and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
