Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale content safety systems including classifiers, vector databases, and multimodal models.
- Develop and maintain production-grade distributed systems and high-throughput content processing pipelines for server-side and on-device environments.
- Create model training, evaluation, and productionization workflows with feedback loops and automation.
- Implement agentic workflows and advanced heuristics to detect complex abuse patterns proactively.
- Identify and mitigate novel abuse patterns while improving product safety and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience programming in Python, Java, or C++.
- At least 1 year of experience in a core ML domain such as generative AI, natural language processing, computer vision, speech/audio, reinforcement learning, recommendation systems, or ML infrastructure.
- At least 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure, including model training, inference, deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- Preferred: experience with factuality, product policy, responsible AI, UGC or GenAI safety, adversarial incentives, abuse vectors, virality, global-scale defensive architectures, SLOs, transformer and LLM architecture, and technical debt or bug reduction.
