Responsibilities
- Design and implement adaptable data strategies and efficient ML systems.
- Develop and deploy adaptive machine-learning systems in real production environments.
- Own implementation of data products and address novel challenges related to data, interaction, and evaluation.
- Contribute to research direction and product vision while aligning technical work with high-level goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in machine learning, applied research, or systems-level engineering for AI.
- Strong software engineering skills and familiarity with Python.
- Previous exposure to observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Docker, or Grafana.
- Experience with online learning, reinforcement learning, or efficient ML architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward action.
