Base Salary
$131k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications and services using front-end and back-end technologies.
- Design software subsystems and lead project planning and timely execution.
- Use Python and SQL to build AI systems and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the user interface, application, and database layers.
- Lead technical design sessions for complex systems and interfaces.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.
- Plan product releases at strategic and tactical implementation levels.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering, AI Delivery, Cloud Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience, with a background in computer science, data science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering, or similar experience.
- 3–5 years of experience building and deploying production-level machine learning solutions or similar experience.
- 3–5 years of Python experience or similar experience.
- Proficiency in database schema design.
- Proficiency in distributed systems and cloud-based computing.
- Experience with web services and API frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, presentation, mentoring, and project leadership skills.
