Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for enterprise digital products.
- Build reusable APIs, microservices, and shared platform capabilities.
- Develop integration services connecting ERP, MES, PLM, quality systems, AI platforms, enterprise applications, and cloud services.
- Implement API-first, event-driven, and asynchronous communication patterns.
- Develop cloud-native applications and support containerized deployments, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, authentication, authorization, API security, disaster recovery, fault tolerance, and high availability.
- Optimize platform performance, reliability, scalability, and operational resilience.
- Collaborate with application, data, AI, Smart Factory, and business teams.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and Agile delivery activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing backend applications, APIs, or enterprise software platforms.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
- Understanding of API development, system integration, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and distributed application architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and accountability skills.
- Preferred experience includes cloud-native development with Azure or AWS, microservices, event-driven architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, enterprise integration patterns, CI/CD, DevOps, IAM, and manufacturing or industrial software platforms.
