Responsibilities
- Own the full development lifecycle of public APIs and platform features.
- Collaborate with product managers and external stakeholders to translate developer needs into scalable solutions.
- Mentor other engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and onboarding support.
- Contribute to the long-term technical direction and architecture of the developer platform.
Requirements
- Professional experience designing, launching, and maintaining scalable backend or full-stack platform systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with experience building APIs and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with platform-level concepts such as OAuth, permission models, and event delivery.
- A pragmatic approach to testing, debugging, and troubleshooting production systems.
- Ability to drive technical design and mentor engineers.
- Strong interest in Agentic AI and experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
