Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end testing architectures and scalable, maintainable test frameworks for complex software systems.
- Execute functional, system, integration, and regression test cases accurately.
- Raise defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
- Understand user stories and business requirements documents to determine appropriate testing coverage.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in testing strategies and processes.
- Analyze and optimize testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with project goals.
- Participate actively in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing test architectures for complex software systems.
- Experience developing scalable and maintainable test frameworks.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
- Experience with test management and defect tools such as Jira.
- Banking domain experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 15 years of full-time education.
