Responsibilities
- Develop complex backend application components from design specifications.
- Design, develop, and debug scalable, performant, and secure software.
- Write unit-tested, maintainable code.
- Decompose problems into software and UX design actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet business needs.
- Participate in team planning sessions and daily scrum meetings.
- Provide timely deliverables and adapt to changing requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of development experience with Python, Java, databases, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with Java or Kotlin, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Bash and Linux.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and message queues such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
- Experience with API security frameworks, token management, and access control using OAuth and JWT.
- Understanding of caching strategies and implementations using Redis or Memcached.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, writing, and communication skills.
- Front-end development skills are a plus.
- Microservices experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
