Responsibilities
- Build automation solutions across web applications, APIs, databases, ERPs, and custom tools and platforms.
- Develop, test, maintain, and support automation workflows using UiPath technologies.
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of an enterprise RPA adoption program.
- Create custom UiPath activities and components as needed.
- Translate business and technical requirements into automation solutions with business analysts and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot deployed automations and provide ongoing operational support.
- Produce workflow documentation, guidelines, and best practices.
- Determine project scope and perform integration planning and analysis across multiple technical platforms.
- Review database designs and recommend modifications to data structures.
- Provide technical direction for RPA platform components, bots, orchestrators, development tools, and system integrations.
- Train and mentor junior developers and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a UiPath Developer with a record of implementing automation solutions.
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
- Strong programming skills in .NET, C#, or VB.NET.
- Knowledge of database management, SQL, Snowflake, and data integration.
- UiPath certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
