Responsibilities
- Implement and provide technical consulting on AI, NLU, CRM integrations, and contact center applications.
- Perform technical configuration and light programming as needed.
- Manage system lifecycle development and change control processes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to oversee project rollouts.
- Conduct business analysis to design tailored solutions for clients.
- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Translate technical concepts into business terms for client communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience, with 1+ years in digital channels or AI software applications preferred.
- Proven expertise in technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center technologies.
- Familiarity with generative AI models, NLU techniques, and automation principles.
- Strong analytical mindset and team-oriented interpersonal skills.
- Professional communication and a strong sense of accountability.
