Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and delivery of the Android/iOS Trading Bot codebase and contribute to Copy Trading.
- Lead the Kotlin/Swift-to-Rust/UniFFI migration, modularization, binary-compatibility efforts, and performance improvements across shared repositories.
- Shape technical solutions during product requirement discussions while protecting performance, stability, and user experience.
- Partner with product and business teams on trading strategy, sharing, attribution, growth, and AI-powered bot roadmaps.
- Refine technical architecture and grow team capabilities through training, knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and technical review.
- Lead exploration of AI integrations for business scenarios and drive product and technology innovation.
Requirements
- 8+ years building and shipping production Android/iOS applications.
- Staff/Principal-level Android/iOS expertise with deep Kotlin knowledge and experience with multi-module architecture, dependency and binary-compatibility constraints, and platform performance.
- Track record of leading mid-to-large projects end to end on complex or legacy-heavy codebases.
- Ability to set technical direction, partner with product, and connect engineering work to roadmap and revenue outcomes.
- Trading or fintech client-side experience, with familiarity with order placement, market data, and asset management.
- Experience mentoring engineers, providing design guidance, and building cross-team alignment.
- Rust, UniFFI/FFI, or iOS Swift/Objective-C experience is preferred.
- Experience with automated trading, trading bots, grid or DCA strategies, derivatives, copy trading, market-making, arbitrage, or trading is preferred.
- AI engineering familiarity including LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, RAG, or agent workflows is preferred.
- Experience with APM, tracing, crash or ANR triage, large monorepo or multi-module release systems, and client-side team leadership is preferred.
