Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and delivery of the Android/iOS Trading Bot codebase.
- Lead large-scale technical initiatives from Kotlin/Swift-to-Rust/UniFFI migration.
- Join product requirement discussions and shape technical solutions.
- Partner with product and business to drive the Trading Bot roadmap.
- Stay updated on industry trends and refine technical architecture.
- Mentor engineers and lead by influence.
- Explore the integration of AI into business scenarios.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and shipping production Android/iOS apps.
- Deep expertise in Kotlin and strong command of multi-module architecture.
- Proven track record of leading mid to large projects end to end.
- Ability to set technical direction and work with product teams.
- Experience in a trading or fintech environment is preferred.
- Strong mentorship and influence skills.
