Responsibilities
- Partner with People & Talent to identify opportunities for AI and automation across People Operations.
- Build scalable AI-first onboarding experiences and automated People workflows.
- Develop AI agents that answer questions, gather information, initiate processes, and complete defined actions.
- Integrate AI systems with HRIS, Slack, recruiting, performance, compensation, and other internal systems.
- Build internal tools and interfaces for employees, managers, and the People team.
- Prototype quickly, test with users, iterate, and measure time savings, employee experience, and operational quality.
- Establish human-in-the-loop controls, escalation paths, permissions, and safeguards for sensitive workflows.
- Partner with Engineering and IT on architecture, security, access controls, and productionization.
Requirements
- Early-career engineer who enjoys hands-on building, experimentation, and improving efficiency.
- Ability to design and build AI-powered workflows, automation, APIs, internal tools, and agents.
- Ability to collaborate across People, Engineering, IT, and other functions.
- Comfort working in a rapidly changing, AI-first environment and continuously adopting new AI capabilities.
