Responsibilities
- Build and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure for Airwallex’s cross-border payment solutions.
- Work with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
- Develop systems that are easy for engineers to use and support global scale.
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams.
- Design and develop services and systems for the Infra Platform team.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience working with large distributed systems.
- Deep experience with public cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Istio service mesh.
- Ability to write services in Golang, preferred, or Python.
- Strong security skills and hands-on experience with security best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
