Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage delivery of technology solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and support new products and process improvements.
- Analyze complex business and system processes and develop innovative solutions.
- Provide application programming expertise and ensure designs follow the overall architecture blueprint.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage risk, compliance, controls, and escalation responsibilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Strong proficiency with .NET Core, T-SQL, React.js, and Kafka.
- Proficiency with APIs, WebSockets, Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022, OpenShift, Docker, GitHub, and AI tooling.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
