Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage delivery of technology solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Partner with management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and support new products and process improvements.
  • Analyze complex business and system processes and develop innovative solutions.
  • Provide application programming expertise and ensure designs follow the overall architecture blueprint.
  • Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
  • Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
  • Assess and manage risk, compliance, controls, and escalation responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
  • Strong proficiency with .NET Core, T-SQL, React.js, and Kafka.
  • Proficiency with APIs, WebSockets, Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022, OpenShift, Docker, GitHub, and AI tooling.
  • Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
  • Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
