Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead adoption and responsible use of AI and automation to improve cloud platform scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Lead technology projects and teams developing scalable cloud infrastructure and regulatory solutions.
- Design and implement large-scale distributed and cloud-native systems with high reliability and performance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership across teams, shape system architecture, and define platform roadmaps and shared-services strategy.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and product leaders to deliver cloud-based solutions.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to internal and external technology communities.
- Evaluate emerging tools and practices and influence long-term technology strategy.
- Address cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, audit, risk, and change-management considerations in daily engineering work.
- Troubleshoot and support production cloud environments and improve cloud solution management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related quantitative field is required.
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience is required; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 2 years of cloud engineering experience is required.
- Preferred: master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Preferred: 8+ years of coding experience with Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
- Preferred: 4+ years with public cloud platforms, CI/CD orchestration, infrastructure-as-code frameworks, and policy-as-code DSLs.
- Preferred: active certifications related to cloud infrastructure management or security.
- Preferred: experience with distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native patterns, cloud networking, security and identity integrations, production cloud support, AI-driven cloud operations, and cross-functional technical leadership.

- Full-time annual base salary varies by listed location from $209,000 to $286,200; the role may also include performance-based incentive compensation, cash bonuses, or long-term incentives.
