Responsibilities
- Build and improve clinician-facing workflows for patient management, therapy plan creation, progress tracking, and documentation.
- Contribute to the AI-powered Content Studio and conversational AI interfaces for personalized therapy materials.
- Maintain and evolve performant frontend and backend architecture across data and application layers.
- Develop features for nyra insights and integrate them with the patient-facing myReha therapy app.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and reliable experiences across browsers and devices.
- Own features end to end from concept through deployment while collaborating with product managers, designers, and clinical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
- Strong experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Node.js.
- Demonstrated ability to own features across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Understanding of performance, data modeling, maintainability, and architectural trade-offs.
- Comfort using AI tools daily and building AI-based solutions.
- Product-minded, quality-focused, pragmatic, collaborative, and proactive approach.
- Experience with Firebase and/or Postgres is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD, healthcare or medtech, and AI-powered interfaces is a bonus.
