Responsibilities

Implement new functionality in the app using Dart and Flutter while meeting high performance standards.
Collaborate with experienced developers, product managers, QA, and designers to deliver new components and features.
Build impactful features that optimize UI/UX and conversion rates.
Define acceptance criteria with stakeholders to ensure feature approval.
Participate in agile retrospectives and help shape team processes.
Develop well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code while actively ensuring code quality.
Share knowledge and contribute to team goals through transparent and effective communication.

At least 4 years of programming experience, including at least 2 years in app development.
Extensive frontend development experience, ideally across multiple frameworks.
Deep knowledge of Flutter and strong expertise in UI development and complex frontend logic.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfort working in an English-speaking environment.
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex features with limited guidance.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Design awareness and the ability to collaborate closely with designers are preferred.
Experience with gRPC and Go in a shop-backend context is preferred.
Expertise in UI and animation development is preferred.
