Responsibilities
- Own shared components, the design system, state management, performance, and tooling within the Flutter mobile app.
- Build and maintain agentic and AI infrastructure, including custom MCP servers, a background agent platform, and evaluation and feedback loops.
- Integrate agentic coding tools into engineering workflows.
- Improve developer experience through CI/CD pipelines, release tooling, and faster feedback loops.
- Ship user-facing product features alongside platform and infrastructure work.
- Maintain a reliable foundation for a growing engineering team.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of production experience building mobile apps with Flutter and Dart, or equivalent web application experience.
- Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
- Strong design judgment, including attention to spacing, animations, and component quality.
- Strong academic background in Computer Science or a related field from a well-regarded university.
- Clear written and spoken communication in English and motivation to improve systems that slow other engineers down.
