Base Salary
$150k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI security solutions for enterprise customers.
- Design and implement security controls for agents, tools, and agent-to-agent interactions.
- Develop pre-sales and post-sales tools and environments for customer evaluations, deployments, troubleshooting, and integration.
- Collaborate with product management and QA teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
- Research emerging technologies and security trends to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of backend development experience, including cloud-native infrastructure, networking, and reliable services at scale.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python or Go, or in Rust, C, or C++.
- Understanding of application and network protocols such as HTTP, gRPC, and WebSocket, and/or experience with reverse proxies, API gateways, or identity-aware proxies.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, self-direction, and delivery skills.
- Experience with the agentic AI ecosystem, including MCP, tool calling, and agent frameworks, is preferred.
- Experience with LLM and agent security, including prompt injection, tool poisoning, jailbreaks, and agent security controls, is preferred.
- Cybersecurity experience in application security, network security, identity, or API security is preferred.
