Base Salary
$175k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement features and performance improvements for scalable data pipelines.
- Develop, maintain, and test code for enterprise applications.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to enhance product performance.
- Address challenges related to performance and scalability.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
- Mentor junior developers and assist in the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong foundation in designing and developing reusable libraries.
- Experience with distributed systems and performance engineering.
- Proficient in writing well-structured and performant code.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and containerization.
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools and observability tools is a plus.
