Base Salary
$226k - $282k/yr
Responsibilities
- Monitor availability, capacity, and throughput of Fivetran’s production infrastructure.
- Evolve systems by integrating reliability into the product roadmap.
- Coordinate the prioritization and resolution of critical bugs for support or sales.
- Make recommendations to ensure 100% availability of production infrastructure.
- Automate deployment processes for scalable artifacts across environments.
- Monitor infrastructure vulnerabilities and collaborate with the security team to address them.
Requirements
- Expertise in managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms and related tools: AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Buildkite, Pulumi, and ArgoCD.
- Strong skills in Python and Shell scripting; knowledge of Java and Go is a bonus.
- Experience with Linux operating systems and administration.
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts like VPNs and Private Service Connect.
- Experience with databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
