Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define preferred integration patterns with the Systems Engineering Architecture team.
- Enforce standards and governance for data and process integration.
- Handle technical inquiries requiring investigation and code changes.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand processes and build integrations.
- Plan and execute integration engineering from design to code.
- Monitor integrations proactively and create dashboards for system performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering with a focus on data integration.
- Proficiency in a general-purpose programming language is required.
- Strong SQL proficiency is required.
- Working knowledge of business applications like Salesforce and Workday.
- Ability to balance tactical needs with long-term strategic vision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical colleagues.
