Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build accurate, low-latency speech-to-text and automatic speech recognition infrastructure across hundreds of languages
- Develop speech synthesis that matches customers’ desired brand and style
- Adapt the agentic runtime to support real-time audio streams and reliably handle interruptions, disconnects, and transfers
- Build infrastructure capable of handling millions of calls per day
- Create reliable real-time integrations with telephony systems and call centers for inbound and outbound calls
- Build and ship full-stack solutions that drive customer impact
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience building production products and systems
- Experience building and shipping full-stack solutions
- Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Passion for frontier AI products and high-agency execution
- Preferred experience building AI-powered products
- Preferred experience with Go and TypeScript
- Preferred experience building developer tooling, programming languages, or databases
- Preferred technical project or team leadership experience
- A sharp eye for design
