Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve AWS organizational architecture including Organizations, SCPs, SSO, and IAM.
- Define and maintain reusable infrastructure standards and patterns.
- Implement preventive and detective controls across the AWS estate in collaboration with the Security department.
- Create financial visibility and enforce resource ownership with the FinOps department.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience maintaining and implementing AWS architecture through Infrastructure as Code.
- 2+ years of experience technically leading a cloud foundations team focused on AWS.
- Proficiency with Pulumi (TypeScript), Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in async or globally distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills for real-world developer challenges.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly.
