Responsibilities
- Own delivery of agentic AI solutions from business-problem framing and design through prototyping, productionization, and measurable outcomes.
- Design and implement agents that reason, plan, use tools, and interact with enterprise systems, analytics platforms, and internal APIs.
- Collaborate with Private Banking/AWM leaders, architects, engineers, and control functions to drive adoption at scale.
- Implement evaluation strategies, guardrails, validation, and human-in-the-loop patterns for regulated banking environments.
- Build reusable agentic AI patterns, components, and reference implementations.
- Deploy, monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve production agent behavior, quality, cost, latency, and safety.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and building agent workflows, including planner-executor, tool-calling, multi-agent, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Strong LLM operations and evaluation experience, including defining test sets and evaluating correctness, latency, cost, and safety.
- Experience with guardrails and responsible AI practices such as input/output validation, prompt safety, and data-leakage prevention.
- Strong Python software engineering skills, including modular design, testing, and version control, with comfort in notebook-based experimentation.
- Cloud and integration experience deploying AI services in AWS and integrating through APIs, plus familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes.
- Experience with data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake for grounding, retrieval, and context management.
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into solution requirements, KPIs, and adoption plans.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, curiosity, and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
