Responsibilities
- Collaborate with ML Platform Engineers, Machine Learning Scientists, and domain engineers to deliver scalable machine learning solutions.
- Deploy and operationalize machine learning models in production.
- Enhance and maintain Mollie’s cloud-based ML Platform on GCP using Python and Terraform.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model training and inference.
- Deploy, manage, and scale model-serving endpoints on Kubernetes for low-latency and highly available inference.
- Develop, extend, and host custom and open-source AI tooling for internal teams and customers.
- Implement MLOps standards for model versioning, experiment tracking, data validation, and automated retraining.
- Set up observability, monitoring, and alerting for infrastructure and deployed models.
- Maintain LiteLLM and LibreChat and support Mollie’s generative AI capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production.
- Understanding of MLOps principles, including experiment tracking, reproducibility, pipeline automation, model versioning, and production monitoring.
- Strong hands-on Python skills and proficiency with scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, XGBoost, LightGBM, and MLflow.
- Familiarity with a major cloud platform, preferably GCP.
- Experience with Docker and preferably Kubernetes and Kubeflow.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform is preferred.
- Ability to context-switch, maintain sharp attention to detail, and adapt to shifting priorities.
