Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM technology ecosystem to keep platforms healthy and effective.
- Support global CRM teams with the technical aspects of campaign delivery.
- Develop expertise in Salesforce Developer Experience and CRM engineering mechanics.
- Translate campaign goals from non-technical stakeholders into technical solutions.
- Manage Hightouch data flows and help ensure platform scalability and reliability.
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality results from start to finish.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of CRM platforms and a logical problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interest in marketing technology and eagerness to learn tools such as Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex ideas to non-technical colleagues.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Organizational and project-management skills for managing workload responsibly.
- Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to ask questions when solving problems.
- Fluency in English.
