Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Design, code, and enhance scalable and maintainable software components.
- Use integration techniques and API development in enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead process improvements to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration techniques and API development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
