Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Build reusable user-interface elements using Salesforce Lightning Aura Components and component-based architecture.
- Use client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks to improve user experience.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in complex software systems.
- Integrate applications with backend services and APIs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and reusable user-interface elements.
- Experience with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex software systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of backend service and API integration techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
