Responsibilities
- Support Software Quality Assurance activities across project teams.
- Promote software development and testing best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project governance compliance according to SDLC standards.
- Guide project teams in using Jira, Confluence, qTest, and Jira X-Ray.
- Monitor system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Support risk identification, quality improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality metrics and project indicators.
- Develop reports and presentations related to software quality and project governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an accepted equivalent education/experience combination.
- Advanced English proficiency for interaction with international teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance principles, software testing practices, and the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project governance, process control, and Change Management.
- Experience with collaboration, project management, and test management tools including Jira, Confluence, qTest, Jira X-Ray, Azure DevOps, or MS Test Manager.
- Knowledge of Risk Management practices is preferred.
- QA, software testing, or Agile Framework certifications are preferred.
- Experience delivering presentations, workshops, or knowledge-sharing sessions is preferred.
