Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise solutions across discovery, architecture, development, and deployment.
- Design secure, scalable, and innovative engineering solutions for business and security challenges.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring across engineering teams.
- Influence architecture decisions and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and fit for purpose.
- Champion DevSecOps through automation, testing, observability, and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement through engineering standards, governance, and modern delivery practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading end-to-end enterprise technology solutions across strategy, architecture, delivery, and optimization.
- Deep expertise across the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong DevSecOps mindset incorporating security, quality, automation, and operational ownership.
- Experience delivering solutions in public-cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and technical influence across engineering and business teams.
- Experience with some of React, Angular, modern JavaScript frameworks, microservices, event-driven architectures, databases, serverless technologies, Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, CI/CD and DevSecOps tooling, networking technologies, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and AWS cloud-native services.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models is highly regarded.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
